Kavita Gupta served as the Chapter 11 Trustee for Desert Oasis Apartments, LLC and Desert Oasis Investments, LLC. The debtors’ real properties were sold for over $27 million at an auction in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Bankruptcy Court confirmed the joint plan and Kavita was appointed as the disbursing agent charged with handling any litigation, claim objections and the distribution of the plan proceeds.
